Rhea founded Ecoware with the aim of helping in India’s plastic menace problem. Ecoware disrupted the food packaging industry by introducing a fully compostable alternative to plastic. Her products would biodegrade in soil in 90 days. Her company creates a large range of disposable items like cutlery and plates.
